To learn fishing on RoyalRO, you need to go to Izlude and talk to Fisherman Paul. He will give you a task that you need to complete. Once you have successfully completed it, you can fish in various locations and catch unique fish and useful items.

You can find him in Izlude, at the top right behind the item shop. The coordinates are 168,177. He will ask you to collect 50 Fish Scales and bring them to him. In return, he will teach you how to fish and give you fishing equipment, allowing you to fish at various locations.
